While we need to actively care for each other and accept support and help as we age, it is also important to feel that we still have something to contribute. We want to be of service and of use for as long as possible. With this in mind, NWCCA is featuring monthly essays by people whose lives have been devoted to fulfilling personal purpose as well as public service. They will reflect on what they did, what they learned, and where they see themselves now and in the future.
What to watch: To kick off the year, we have Peter Herford’s evocative essay about streaming now and viewing experiences of the past.
